产品全生命周期信息建模理论、方法及应用研究

【摘要】 面对全球市场的形成和信息、通信、生物、材料技术的迅速发展,制造业的外部形势发生了根本的变化。从快交货到快速响应市场需求,已经成为市场竞争的焦点。为了迎接未来的挑战,各国学者提出了许多新的产品开发策略、生产模式和先进制造技术。尽管这些新哲理和新模式涉及的范围和考虑问题的角度不同,但它们仍有许多相似之处,即它们的研究范围都是产品的整个生命周期,强调信息集成、功能集成、过程集成,强调在统一的集成资源环境下运行。这就要求产品生命周期中的各种活动所涉及的产品信息应进行统一的定义和描述,建立完整的、高度一致的产品模型,以实现产品全生命周期各种信息的共享。论文深入研究了产品全生命周期信息模型的结构、建模的关键技术,并结合黑龙江省重点CAD应用工程项目“家具系列产品计算机辅助设计系统”的开发,进行了有益的探索和实践。论文的主要内容包括:1.在分析总结产品信息建模取得的研究成果的基础上,系统地研究了产品全生命周期信息模型的建模理论和方法,建立了产品的全生命周期信息模型,给出了产品模型三层结构:控制层、核心层、应用层。论述了基于STEP的产品主模型结构以及产品开发过程模型、应用模型的建模方法、建模过程。2.研究了产品建模的若干关键技术:1)总结了产品数据交换的三种方式,针对目前现状,提出了准公共数据库方式。2)研究了产品主模型与应用模型的双向映射技术,在保证信息一致、完整的前提下实现了各应用模型的信息交换。3)提出了基于图元对象的产品建模方法,该方法以图元作为产品建模的基本单元,有效的保证了产品信息的继承性和变异性。3.分析了目前CAD系统中产品模型存在的问题:集成性不好、不支持设计全过程、不支持自顶向下的设计等。针对这些问题,对CAD系统中的产品模型定义技术进行了研究,指出产品设计模型由概念设计子模型、装配设计子模型、零件设计子模型组成,并采用EXPRESS-G方法建立了产品设计模型各子模型。4.以家具产品为对象,建立了家具产品的全生命周期信息模型。详细论述了该模型指导下的板式家具CAD系统的设计思想、总体结构、以及以家具产品数据库为核心板式家具造型、结构、工程图生成、材料统计一体化设计的具体实现。

【Abstract】 With the forming of the global market and the rapid development of information, communication, biology and material, great changes have taken place in manufacturing externals. Quick delivery and rapid responds to market have been the key to market competition. In order to meet intending challenge, many scholars have put forward various product developing strategies, produce modes and advanced manufacture technologies. Although problems are considered in different views in the new philosophy and the new mode, their research area is entire life cycle of product. It is emphasized information integration, function integration, process integration, uniform resource environment. It is required that product information involved in various product life-cycle activities be defined and described uniformly so as to realize information sharing of product life-cycle information.The structure of product life-cycle information model and the key techniques of modeling are lucubrated. It has been applied to the research and the development of "Furniture Series Product Computer Aided Design System" --CAD’s application project of the Heilongjiang province. The main contents are the following:1. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the result of product modeling, The theory and the method of product information modeling are researched systemically. The product life-cycle information model is created and its three level hiberarchy is shown as control level,core level and applying level. It is introduced in detail that Product master model based on STEP and the modeling method of the product developing process model and the applied models. 2. Some key techniques of product modeling are studied in detail. Firstly, three methods of data exchange are summarized and the public-database-to-be is put forward aiming at actuality. Secondly, the bidirectional mapping technology between the product master model and the applied model has realized the exchange of information among applied models on the basis of guaranteeing information consistency and integrality. Lastly, product modeling method based on drawing cell object are presented,In which method,the drawing cell is the basic unit of product modeling and it guarantees a good information heredity and variability. 3. Some problems in the product model of CAD are given, for example, no integration, without supporting all design process and Top-Down design. To overcome this problem, the study proposed that the product design model is composed of the<WP=6>concept design model, the assembly design model and the part design model. All these modes have been established by EXPRESS-G. 4. The furniture product mode is established orienting furniture enterprise. We introduced the idea of design and general structure of plank furniture CAD system under the direction of the furniture product model and the realizing of design integration about furniture shaping, structure, engineering drawing and material statistics.
