间接式干燥装备建模及面向对象软件开发

【摘要】 本文以间接式干燥装备为研究对象,围绕间接式干燥机的传热传质模型和强度刚度模型的建立开展研究工作,以面向对象为软件设计思想,将面向对象技术应用于间接式干燥机的CAD软件系统的开发中。 通过对颗粒热传递模型的进一步修正,建立了间接式干燥机的传热传质模型,较为准确地计算了旋转圆盘式干燥机和旋转列管式干燥机的传热系数以及旋转列管式干燥机机内的湿份分布。通过两台实际运行的旋转圆盘式干燥机和旋转列管式干燥机的实际运行参数和理论计算值的分析比较,证明了所建立的干燥机传热系数模型和湿份分布计算模型是准确的。同时建立了几种典型间接式干燥机的简化力学模型,并利用大型三维有限元分析软件对旋转圆盘式干燥机的非标设备圆盘进行了强度有限元分析,理论模型计算结果与有限元分析结果基本一致。本文所建立的模型已成功应用于实际干燥机的工艺设计和结构设计中,并得到较为广泛的工程应用(见附录)。 在系统介绍面向对象理论基础上,采用面向对象建模理论,对间接式干燥装备进行了软件建模分析,并结合CAD技术利用本文所建立的热力学模型和强度刚度模型,在Windows NT4.0的VC++6.0可视化开发环境下完成了干燥机计算机辅助设计软件的主要功能开发,包括干燥过程模拟计算、传热传质计算、主要部件强度刚度计算等。实际使用证明该软件对于干燥机的设计是有效的、可靠的。最后对间接式干燥装备的发展未来作了展望。 本论文的主要创新点在于:将颗粒热传递模型进行创造性修正后应用于几种典型间接式干燥机的传热传质模型构建中,并总结出间接式干燥机的一般传热传质模型,包括传热系数计算和干燥室内物料的湿度温度分布情况;提出了间接式干燥机内物料与干燥机加热壁面总接触时间的计算方法模型,并提出了针对旋转圆盘式干燥机和旋转列管式干燥机的每一个理想接触过程的接触时间计算模型;同时针对几种典型的间接式干燥机工作时的受力情况,经过必要合理简化后提出了主要承载部件的强度和刚度模型;最后利用建立的传热传质和强度刚度模型应用面向对象方法在Windows NT Visual C++6.0平台上完成了间接式干燥机设计的软件开发。本文所建立的干燥机模型已经多次用于各种型号的旋转列管式和旋转圆盘式干燥机的设计中,实践证明该模型和所建立的软件对于几种典型间接式干燥机的设计有着很好的理论指导意义和实际应用价值。
【Abstract】 In this paper, studied with indirect dryer, based on the item of "indirect dryer design", Object-Oriented(O-O) technology is applied and carried out in the indirect dryer CAD design system with the core of heat and mass transfer and intension model.With the modified particle heat transfer model, the heat and mass transfer model of the indirect dryer is set up. The heat transfer coefficient of pan rotary dryer and tube rotary dryer are correctly calculated. The humidity distributing of the material in tube rotary dryer is also calculated. To pan rotary dryers, We make sure that the contact time of every contact process is the equal contact time of the material particles which contact the heat pan. The total segments are the total number of the pans. To tube rotary dryers, We make sure that the contact time of every contact process is the 480 degree circumrotation time of the dryer rotor. The simplified strength models of some kinds of indirect dryers are set up. We also analysis the stress of the pan by FEM software. The pan’s stress results of FEM accord with the results of the model which we set up. In addition, thermodynamics and intension model are used to design the indirect dryers successftilly.(See the appendix)Furthermore, with the Object-Oriented programming method, the computer aided design (CAD) software of indirect dryers is developed in Windows NT 4.0 system and Visual C++ 6.0 environment including calculation of drying process~ heat and mass transfer and intension. Two kinds of indirect dryer’s designing instances testify that the models and computer aided design software is convenient, effective, and reliable. At last, we make a prospect of the future development of the indirect dryer.The innovations of this paper consist in these points. The heat and mass transfer model of indirect dryers is set up by modifying and usingIIthe particle heat transfer model. The models of total contact time and single contact time aiming at the pan rotary dryer and tube rotary dryer are set up. The intension model of indirect dryers is set up by simplifying the load of the dryers. The computer aided design (CAD) software of indirect dryers is developed in Windows NT 4.0 system and Visual C++ 6.0 environment by using the 0-0 method. The dryer models are used in the design of many types of pan rotary dryers and tube rotary dryers. It proved that the models and CAD software have good theory guidance and application value to design of some type indirect dryers.
