农业工程信号计算机处理系统的研究

【摘要】 由于传统信号检测分析设备功能单一、价格性能比高及检测系统组成繁琐等缺点,传统设备已满足不了现代工程检测及数据分析的要求。快速发展的计算机技术,为利用普通微机实现数字化检测分析提供了必要的技术条件。特别是近年来,美国National Instruments公司提出“计算机虚拟仪器系统”概念,已逐步成为现代检测分析系统发展的方向。鉴于上述观点,本文的研究力求从实际应用出发,开发出一套以通用微机系统为底层,集成多种检测仪器功能于一体,使用方便,价格低廉的信号检测与分析虚拟仪器系统。 本文首先对模拟信号处理分析系统的总体设计进行了论述,提出了系统总体设计目标及各处理环节应完成的具体功能,给出了操作界面的布局及主要类的结构。 对处理分析有关数学模型建立过程的描述,及对数据结构及算法建立的分析,较全面的阐述了系统设计的全过程。 系统中涉及到一些关键问题,属于本文提出的新的见解或新的解决方法主要有: 1)提出信号数据“场”的概念。一场数据是指一次连续采样信号数据序列,场内数 据具有相同的采样参数。并实现了多场数据统一浏览、统一存储等操作。 2)将多线程技术利用在采样过程中,实现采样与监视并发进行; 3)实现采样曲线的全方位的浏览操作,对显示区曲线可以实现平移、缩放、选择等 操作,而且在浏览过程中实现了信号的测量、标定等处理; 4)提出了多通道独立的多点标定的计算机算法,并在系统中实现; 5)利用系统仿真计算检验传递函数拟合结果,使用户直接检验拟合的程度; 6)实现了曲线的多种运算处理等。 这些功能的实现方法,对相似系统的设计具有一定的参考价值。 在离散系统信号采集与处理计算机系统设计方面,提出了利用阶跃信号的采集、存储及显示方法、及阶跃信号处理分析方法,实现随机离散信号的处理与分析,这方面的某些研究目前在国内应属于首创。 经实验室测试及实际运用表明,系统运行可靠,处理及分析结果正确,达到设计要求。除完成一般功能外,还可以用于一些特殊目的,如瞬间状态的采集、事件计数等。 本系统以WINDOWS9X为支持系统,采用面向对象程序设计方法进行系统描述,以“类”为基本功能单元进行设计,充分利用计算机系统的各种资源,与其他相似系统比较,在计算机软件开发方面具有自己的特点。

【Abstract】 Traditional equipment could not meet the demand of modern engineering detection and parametric analysis, since there are many disadvantages in traditional equipment used for signal detecting and analysis, such as single performance, high ratio of cost performance, complexity of detection system etc. The technique of the rapid development of computer provided a necessary technical condition for realize multifunctional digitized detecting analysis using ordinary computer. Especially recently several years National instruments Company put forward a concept of “Computer Virtual Instrument System” It has gradually become the developing orientation of the modern detecting analysis. In view of the viewpoint above, the emphasis of this thesis was exploited a set of virtual instrument system used for signal detection and analysis. It would have the advantages as follows: started off practical application, based on the general computer system, integrated with the functions of many traditional instruments into one, convenient use, strong function, low cost, etc. Firstly, this thesis had a discussion on the overall design of the analog signal processing system. Then it put forward many things as follows: the global practical goal of the system, the concrete function what each managing link should be accomplishment, the arrangement of the operating interface surface and the structure of main class. It expounded the overall process of the system design during not only described how to deal with and analysis the set-up procedure of coticerned mathematical model but also analyzed how to set up data structure and algorithm. In this discussion, new opinion was purposed in how to deal with some climacteric questions. l)The concept of signal data field was purposed in this thesis. A field data was once continuous sampling signal data series. The data in one field have the same sampling parameter. It accomplished the operation about browse and storage the multi-field data in one time 2)Multithreading technique was used in the sampling process. It accomplished concurrent process of sampling and observation. 3)Omni-bearing browse and operation of the sampling curves were accomplished, the curves in the display area could be translated, zoom, selected, etc. In the process of browse, the measure and the scaling were also accomplished. 4)The computer algorithm of multi-channel independent multi-point scaling was put forward. 5)The. fitting result of transfer function was checked up by used of the system simulation calculation. It made user to check up the grade of the fitting directly. 6)Sarne calculation processing of the curves were accomplished, etc. The methods of the accomplishment of these functions have sure referenced value to the design of the similar system. In the expounding of the sampling for random discrete system signal and the design for processing system, not only the sampling of jump signal and the methods of the display and the storage were proposed, but also the method of usual processing analysis and the accomplishment of the computer were discussed. The laboratory test and the practical exercise indicate that it meet the demand of design, it has advantages such as credible system operation, correct result of processing and analysis. Except for accomplished general function, it could be used for some special purpose, such as sampling of instantaneous condition, event count, etc. This system was based on WINDOWS9X, adopted the method of object-oriented programming to describe the
