化瘀扶正攻下方抗肝纤维化的实验研究

【摘要】 目的：探讨化瘀扶正攻下方抗肝纤维化的疗效及部分作用机理。方法： 以CCL4复合因素建立大鼠肝纤维化模型，在造模的同时予以化瘀扶正攻下方（大、小两剂量组）、秋水仙碱灌胃治疗，对照观察化瘀扶正攻下方对大鼠血清HA、LN、C－Ⅳ等肝纤维化血清标志物、sALT、sA、肝组织NF－KB（NuclearFactor kappa B）蛋白表达的影响。结果： （1）化瘀扶正攻下方可抑制HA、C－Ⅳ、LN的活性，其疗效优于秋水仙 碱。 （2）化瘀扶正攻下方可降低sALT的活性，升高sA的含量，具有一定保 肝作用。 （3）化瘀扶正攻下方可抑制NF－KB在肝脏细胞中的活化。 （4）化瘀扶正攻下方具有一定的剂量依赖关系。结论： 化瘀扶正攻下方有良好的抗炎、保肝、抗肝纤维化作用，疗效优于秋水仙碱，作用机理与其抑制NF－KB的活化有关。更多还原
