【摘要】 五四新文学运动以来的中国现当代文学产生发展的历程与中国共产党的领导、与党的文艺方针政策的指导息息相关，但从全国来看，对党的文艺方针政策的研究，还不够全面和深入。本文重点研究中国共产党的文艺方针政策，探讨党的文艺方针政策的形成发展的不同阶段、基本内容、基本规律、重大理论问题和发展趋势，旨在从总体上把握和揭示中国新文化运动的特征，确定党的文艺方针政策在中国现当代文学史上的地位和作用。 导论着重论证了中国共产党的文艺方针政策产生的历史必然性，阐述了党的文艺方针政策的性质和特征，揭示了党的文艺方针政策与党的指导思想、党的文艺思想和党的总方针总政策的关系。这是全文的理论出发点。第一章追溯了中国共产党的文艺方针政策形成发展的历史过程，提出了其产生发展的三个阶段，概括了不同发展阶段党的文艺方针政策的基本内容和特点。第二章论述了社会主义文艺与政治的关系、“百花齐放、百家争鸣”的方针和“古为今用、洋为中用、推陈出新”的方针等几个事关党的文艺方针政策的基本原则和核心内容的重大理论问题。第三章从当今世界日益趋向政治多极化、经济全球化、社会信息化的形势和国内建设有中国特色社会主义的要求出发，就坚持中国先进文化前进方向、把握市场经济条件下文艺作品的属性和制定有利于文化产业发展的文化经济政策等几个问题，对面向新世纪党的文艺方针政策进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The course of the production and development of modern and present Chinese art and literature from "5.4" motion of new art and literature, has great contact to the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party and the policies of art of the Party. But in China, the research for art policies of the Party is not overall and deep. The emphasis of the thesis is to research art policies of the Party, to explore the form and development of the Party’ art policies in different stages, basic content, basic regulars, important problems of theory and the trend of development, the aim of the thesis is to hold and bring to light the feature of the development of Chinese new cultural motion from general situation, to define the position and function of art policies during the development of modern and present Chinese art and literature.The thesis demonstrates historical necessity of the production of art policies of the Chinese Communist Party, expounds the character and feature of art policies of the Chinese Communist Party, exposes the relationship of the Party’ art policies and Party’ leading thoughu art thought and overall policies, this is the theories point of the thesis. The first chapter of the thesis pursues the historical course of the form and development of the Party’ art policies, advances three stages of the production and development, summarize basic content and feature of the Party’ art policies. The second chapter of the thesis expounds the relation of socialist art and politics, the art policies of the Chinese Communist Party of " let a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend", "make the past serve the present, make foreign things serve China, weed through the old to bring forth the new", and they are also important theories problems of the basic regulars and key contents of art policies of the Chinese Communist Party . The three chapter of the thesis from the modern world situation of political diversify, global economy , social information and the problems of the necessity of constructing socialism with Chinese characteristics, insists on advanced art trend, holds the property of art works under the condition of marketing economy and works out the policies of art and economy helping improve the development of art property, it makes exploration to art policies of the Chinese Communist Party in the new century.更多还原
