沥青混凝土摊铺机熨平装置动力学模型与自动找平数字式控制器的研究

【摘要】 高等级沥青混凝土路面的摊铺质量越来越依靠所用摊铺机的性能。为解决摊铺机摊铺高平整度沥青路面的问题,本论文从分析沥青混凝土摊铺机熨平板与热沥青混合料的相互作用机理出发,进行了混合料的承载实验、流变性讨论与分析,并建立了浮动熨平装置的运动学与动力学模型,在实验室中进行了实验验证,证明了所提出的动力学模型的正确性,为进一步研究打下理论基础。本论文还提出了一种利用高速开关阀和可编程控制器(PLC)组成的数字式自动找平控制器,并给出了其基本结构方案,编制了三套控制程序,分别完成三种控制方案,即:普通电磁阀方案,高速开关阀方案,分段控制高速开关阀方案,控制策略选择了脉宽控制(PWM)和脉频控制(PFM),并在实验室中进行了其性能试验,证明这种数字式控制器具有较强的抗干扰性等能力。

【Abstract】 The asphalt pavement quality of high-grade highway depends more and more on the performance of the paver used. In order to improve the paving quality and the surfacing evenness, based on the interaction of hot asphalt mixture and screed plate of the paver, the mixture pressure tests are done, and the rheological properties are discussed and analyzed, the kinematics and dynamics models for the floating screed equipment are deduced. Through the experiments, the models are proved to be correct, and which will be the theoretical basis for the further study. Besides, a digital controller for the auto leveling system is presented, which is composed of high speed on-off valve and PLC, the basic structure is given, three controlling programs which are based on the three experimental schemes, i.e. ordinary on-off valve scheme, high speed on-off valve scheme and subsection control scheme are drawn up, the control method are PWM and PFM, and the performances tests are done in laboratory, the digital controller has higher performances.
