【摘要】 [目的]了解基层医院医务人员有关医院感染防制知识、态度和行为,探讨开展健康教育的方法。[方法]2005年4月,对某县级医院322名医务人员进行有关医院感染防制知识、态度、行为的问卷调查。[结果]81.06%的医务人员通过医院业务培训获得医院感染防制知识;55.59%的人知晓医院感染的对象,79.81%知晓控制医院感染的关键是隔离消毒与合理应用抗生素,37.58%知晓一次医疗器械用后应消毒后毁形。[结论]基层医院医务人员对有关医院感染防制知识了解不全面,应加强医院业务培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To know the present condition of Medical personnel’s knowledge,attitude and practice about hospital infection in some county hospital and to explore the methods to carry out the healthy edcation.[Methods]In April,2005,322 hospital personnels in some hospital were examined in knowledge,attitude and practice about hospital infection by questionnaires.[Results]For medical personnels,81.06% of all gain the knowledge of hospital infectous prevention is through professional training and medical continuous education;55.59 percent of the whole know the objects of hospital infections;79.81 percent of the personnels know the crux to control the infections is to sterilize with isdation and to use antibiotics properly;37.58% know they must destroy the medical in struments after used and sterilized,Nursing staff and the well-educated know better.[Conclusion]Medical personnels in basic-level hospital know a lot about the hospital infectous prevention but not enough.The training should be strenghened.更多还原
