【Abstract】 Cai Lun was a famous politician and inventor during the Eastern Han Dynasty in China. He made tremendous contributions to the development and progress of human civilization by updating and improving papermaking technology. Cai Lun’s innovative development of “papermaking technology” is mainly reflected in the following two aspects: first, the updating and improvement of papermaking technology; Secondly, there is the updating and replacement of paper raw materials, all of which have epoch-making significance.
