基于多普勒超声技术的平脉客观化表达

【摘要】 目的 探索基于多普勒超声技术的平脉客观化表达规律。方法 利用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪采集44例平脉研究对象寸、关、尺脉搏信息,通过比较,总结平脉表达规律,并确定平脉寸、关、尺脉象指标95%置信区间。结果 平脉在同一研究对象左右手及不同性别之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);平脉寸、关、尺血流频谱图均主要表现为单向双峰、单向三峰,但具体参数值存在差异,寸、关的差异指标为14个,寸、尺的差异指标为11个,关、尺的差异指标为7个;寸、关、尺各参数95%置信区间不同。结论 平脉在同一研究对象左右手及不同性别之间无差异;平脉寸、关、尺存在差异,寸与关、寸与尺的差异指标远比关与尺的差异指标多。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the objective expression rules of normal pulse based on Doppler ultrasound technology.Methods Color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic instrument was used to collect the pulse information of cun, guan and chi in 44 cases of normal pulse. By comparison, the expression rules of normal pulse were summarized, and the 95% confidence intervals ofnormal pulse′s cun, guan and chi pulse indicators wereestablished.Results There was no significant difference between the left and right hands ofthe same subject and between different genders in normal pulse(P>0.05); the blood flow spectrum diagram of normal pulsecun, guan and chi mainly showed one-way double peaks and one-way three peaks, but there were differences in specific parameter values. There were 14 indexes with statistical difference between the cun part and guan part, 11 indexes with statistical difference between the cun part and chi part, but seven statistical differences between the guan part and chi part. The 95% confidence intervals of cun, guan and chi pulse indexes were different.Conclusion There is no difference between the right hand and left hand in the same subjects and between different genders; There are differences among the three parts of blood flow spectrum diagram, different indexes between cun and guan, cun and chi are more than those between guan and chi.
